An accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with 31 years of business experience of which 22 years has been in the SAP Industry. Dion began life in the SAP industry as an MM consultant for Spearhead, expanding his role into project management, operations management and sales. In 2000 he co-founded his first business, the first black empowered SAP Implementation Partner in South Africa and expanded his experience into Africa and the Middle East. Prior to co-founding Focus.one he was the COO of EOH International, managing 30 SAP related businesses over 31 countries and four continents. He has an exemplary track record based on extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of optimizing operations while growing businesses and making profit.

Mohammed Abunaja is 27+ years experienced senior executive having strong entrepreneurship and business consulting experiences not limited to business & IT solutions. Abunaja co-founded Arete-Global, an esteem & strategic SAP partner in KSA 10 years back offering SAP technology solutions to repute organizations across industries and led ARETE GLOBAL expansion in MENA region with exponential growth. Prior to SAP businesses, he held many positions in Oracle houses for 17+ years and received many accolades and awards for bringing Business & Technology transformation in 11 ministries of KSA government through launch of Government Information Management System (GIMS) and also he has accredited for developing Akrebeia product (GRP) which is widely used in many public sectors.

Islam has 21 years of experience in ERP industry that can be tracked back to Unilever/Rachid Group where he focused on customers, innovation, improved operational efficiency, and execution led to significant company growth. He is also a co-founder of Mashreq Arabia, Tayary, and InnoLabs. Prior to co-founding Focus.One; he was the CTO of EOH Middle East were he has lead the design of various software solutions capitalizing on Latest SAP product offering amalgamated with Artificial Intelligence to bring about unprecedented business solutions

He has an MBA and BE in Computer Science Engineering academics.
At EOH MENA as Director, he managed P&L for S4HANA On-Prem & Public Cloud, Migrations, ARIBA & Analytics portfolios contributing to 80% of regional revenue and drives an exceptional 200+ staff. Prior he has held multiple positions in different organizations, architecting P&L’s and portfolios of projects generating multimillion contracts and recurring revenue.
Obadias Langa
Managing Director – EBS
Obadias Langa has more than 20 years of wide experience in Designing and Deployment of Information Systems, of which 15 years dedicated to SAP, in Project Management and Logistic areas. He has a thorough expertise of Information and Communication technologies in Portuguese speaking African Countries.
Prior to joining EBS in 2006 he worked as a senior Consultant in ICT at Ernst&Young where he has acquired expertise in consulting, PBM and transformation.
He was trained in Mathematics and Computer Science by Eduardo Mondlane University and has specializated in Management. Obadias speaks Portuguese and English fluently.
Arshad Amade
Operations Director – EBS
Arshad began his career in 2001 as SAP BASIS Consultant integrating one of the largest and most complex SAP Implementation Projects to date in Mozambique (Bank of Mozambique). Arshad joined EBS 16 years ago after the project entered production. As Director of Infrastructure and Communications, he established strategic partnerships with HP Inc, HPE, VMware and several other key vendors, unlocking growth opportunities for the company in these areas before being promoted Operations Director in 2015.
Arshad holds a degree in Computer Management, he speaks Portuguese and English fluently.
Ravania Chetty
Financial Manager
Ravania Chetty, currently completing CIMA, is differentiated by an uncommon complement of Financial Management expertise combined with strong business acumen, allowing her to view business with a wide lens then narrow down to connect the dots.
Ravania previously worked for EOH advancing in a series of two promotions since joining in 2012. Her leadership has expanded beyond the boundaries of traditional Financial Manager and she has worked on many strategic initiatives that have has a positive impact on multiple business areas.

Alain David Janneker
Operations Executive Africa & Asia
Alain Janneker holds over 9 years Management Consulting, Project Management and Business-related experience whilst at two Multinational Organizations. His professional career started as a Junior Project Manager and Consultant where we went on to manage various successful projects and was promoted 3 times to Senior Consultant and Key Strategic Account Executive for the organization prior to joining one of the Big 4 Auditing and Management Consulting Organizations within their Performance Improvement Advisory EMIA division.
Alain has gained deep institutional knowledge in Governance and Business Operations through his various workstream lead and project management type roles. He re-joined his previous organization in 2016 within the SAP International Division and held the role of Business Manager to the CEO where he supported in driving the strategy and strategic initiatives both regionally and globally, GRC & Legal, Rhythm of the Business, reporting and organizational growth, onboarding of new businesses, enablement as well as supporting the various functions within the business.
Alain brings to the Focus.one team a strong Governance, Risk, Compliance and Business Management Consulting acumen to the organization that will assist in improving efficiencies and ensuring compliance of the business is administered and managed.
