The Public Safety and Emergency Management Solution (PSEM) provides a common platform across Command and Control Centers, with spatial visualization of resources and incidents.

It provides the ability to facilitate multi-disciplinary preparation, mitigation, response, and successful timeous resolution of incidents ensuring the optimal use of resources.

Through a co-innovation partnership with SAP this solution was a first of its kind and won a SAP quality Award for innovation in 2017.
